I Heard You: New Dates for Cohorts

The Habit Writer Development Cohorts will start in June, not May

On Tuesday I sent out a survey regarding the upcoming Writer Development Cohorts. Thanks for the great response. One of the questions was about the timing of the cohorts. Respondents mostly agreed that six weeks was the right length of time, but almost half said I had picked the wrong six weeks.

Having been an empty nester for a few years, I have forgotten how insane the month of May is for anybody who has juveniles in the house. I am grateful to those survey respondents who pointed out what a bad idea it was to launch a six-week writing intensive on May 19. So I’m making a change.

The Habit Writer Development Cohorts will now run from June 9 through July 18.

I hope that makes the cohorts more doable for more of you.
